Stephen J. Beebe

Dr. Beebe received his BS degree in Zoology, Ohio University, Athens (1970), and a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences (Pharmacology), now Toledo University School of Medicine (1982). He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow / Associate, HHMI, Department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics, Vanderbilt (1982-1987), and a Fulbright / Marshal Scholar at the National Hospital, in Oslo, Norway (1987-1989). At the Eastern Virginia Medical School (1989-2007) he was an Assistant Professor, Jones Institute for Reproductive Medicine in Dept. Ob / Gyn (1989-1994), and an Associate Professor in Dept. of Pediatric, Department of Physiological Sciences (1994-2007). He is now a Professor in the Center for Bioelectrics, Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA (2007-present).
