Who can become a Student Ambassador?
- Any student pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree. This includes currently admitted students and previous conference attendees, who are interested in networking and promoting the meeting.
What are the benefits of being a Student Ambassador?
- Waiver on Registration fees (upto 100%; depends on how active you are and how many referrals are obtained through you).
- Get connected to the Speakers and Delegates of your interest who are attending the conference personally through the Conference Secretary.
- Acquire a e-Certification for your work.
What are the responsibilities of a Student Ambassador?
- Circulate promotional material within your community.
- If you have previously been involved with the International Conferences or other events organized by USG, make sure to tell them about your personal experiences.
- Actively involved in student life on campus.
- Build relationships on campus with faculty and student groups and encourage them to attend the conference.
- Active at social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Tumblr.
- Be a source of knowledge for your university about NWC Boston.
How can one become a Student Ambassador?

How does a Student Ambassador make sure he/she is being considered?
- To make sure the referrals are tracked correctly, the ambassador should mail us the list of people referred and the referred person should submit abstract/register for the conference in time.
Are Student Ambassadors eligible to attend the conference?
- Yes definitely, but make sure to apply just like any other conference candidate.
